Are You Living or Just Existing.

The Apostle said, for me to live is Christ and to die is gain.

The apostle's line of thought must be something. We need to get into his thoughts and see how we can best maximize the inherent benefits.

Apostle Paul believed that he died when he encountered Christ on the road to Damascus. His life's purpose and pursuit's came to a grinding halt because he was no longer the man he was.

As part of his personal commitment to this new experience and life, he saw Christ purposes being accomplished as a result of the transformation that had taken place in him.

The apostle converted the zeal and passion he had used to oppose the cause of Christ. He was completely transformed to be the leading apostle sent to Gentile nations. His works, his troubles, his tribulations, and successes where as a result of a personal realization that his former self had dead. And his new self is alive because of the resurrected Christ. He can not possibly imagine the resurrected Christ incapacitated, limited and stopped. So he consciously went against the norms, he lived up to the demand of each and every occasion as he advanced the frontiers of Christ kingdom. We were blessed with timeless truths he shared we will preserve them as our heritages because of someone like him. He not only worked, he sent written notes to future generations. We can better relate with him, his way of living and his style of ministry with appreciation because he modeled not how to exist, but to how to live and he left a legacy of impact.

I ask you my friend, are you living or existing? Is your whole life being spent on just meeting endless needs. Are you just living to pay bills like rents, food, clothing, healthcare, child support and as the list goes on.

Can you be really certain that your purpose in this world is just to care for your children alone?
Think about it, the Word came, became animated in flesh and blood. Left us so we can be Him and express Him to humanity.

The Word sent us to go into all the World and preach, and to teach the good news. How faithful are we obeying that command.

Our obedience to the Lord's command will highlight the fact whether we are living or just existing.

No excuse will satisfy. The Word given to us to reach the world must be preached either things are good or not, either there is war or peace, either we are in the mood or not. Poor or rich wont count, persecuted or not wont matter.

Be determined to live, make up your mind to live. Let your light so shine among men that they may see your good work and glorify your Father in Heaven.
