Imagine 2 Caucasian nations with so much hatred and vile towards each other, they don't mind nuking each other,let's assume they were african nations it is likely the colonial masters would have have merged them both together into one country because of their close proximity and watch them fight countless civil wars because they both have conflicting values one believes in democracy while the other believes in oligarchy how would such a countriemove forward.and the funny thing is that some of their citizens will defend the unity of the country despite the bloodshed.
