Shops are up for sale in the new Ipent Shopping Mall, Lokogoma District, Abuja.

Types of shops available:
Showroom / Banking Mall size: 150m²
Retail type shop 1 size: 24m²
Retail type shop 2 size: 18m²
Retail type shop 3 size: 49.5m²

Conditions

• Completed application forms are to be submitted with 2 copies of recent passports.

• Duly completed application forms shall be returned to Constructii Proactii Ltd, with evidence of full or installment payment made in favour of Constructii Proactii ltd.

• The submission and acceptance of application form shall not be construed as a guarantee for allocation.

• Successful applicants shall be contacted through the contact address supplied on the application form and shall be issued with a provisional allocation form.

• Successful applicants shall pay the cost of the shop type selected at milestones that shall be indicated in their allocation forms.

• Successful applicants shall be given the grace of 180 days from the day of issuance of provisional allocation to complete payment of his/her shop type as indicated in section B.

• In the failure of a successful applicant to effect payment as stipulated, the developers shall have the option of revoking the allocating the re-allocation same to another without a written notice.

• The developer shall provide infrastructural and social amenities within the shopping plaza.

• Infrastructural amenities shall include: roads, drainage, water retention and electricity.

• The developer shall be the sole facility manager for a fee to be determined after successful completion of the project.

• The Allotee shall allow the developer, his agents and or his workmen at all reasonable times to enter, inspect or supervise the ongoing construction activities.

• The Allotee shall not assign, sublet, transfer, or part with possession of the premises and any part thereof without the written consent of the developer and such consent not be unreasonably withheld.

• Allotees shall be bound by the terms and conditions for the sales of the shops as may be conditioned in the final deed of transfer.

• The developer reserved the right to reject an application or withdraw any allocation which does not meet the conditions stipulated above or any application/allocation which contains material representation of facts deemed misleading.

• The liability of the developer with respect to any allocation withdrawn shall be limited to the refund of the deposit paid by the allotees. For the avoidance of doubts, the developer shall not be liable for the payment of interest for the deposit paid, loss of earning or any other loss suffered by the allotee arising directly or remotely from the rejection of his/her application or withdrawal of allocation by the developer.

• Refund policy is for a period of one month after an appropriate notice, less administrative charges.
