A hotel is seeking to hire:

Job Title: Chef
Location: Surulere, Lagos

Responsibilities
Guaranteeing high-quality food and timely service.
Planning the menu with the proper ingredients and an adequate budget.
Supervising all kitchen activities.
Organising kitchen personnel and helping when necessary.
Drilling team to cook all the menu items.
Discerning supplies and order to restock.
Implementing the kitchen's security and sanitation measures.
Developing recipes to refresh the menu.
Being current on initiative trends.
Accepting assessments and modifying when required.

Requirements
Minimum of OND, HND or Bachelor’s degree in Foods and Nutrition or a related field.
Previous work experience as a chef.
Professional certifications in Culinary Arts is an added advantage.
Must be orderly and neat.
Portfolio of innovative dishes.
Ability to multitask.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding work ethics.
