South Africa President has the right to talk, South Africa is different, it is a top economy in Africa, South Africa still follows rule of law to some extent, and their sectors are working unlike your own country. As for IMF and World Bank
every country has the right to access funds from IMF and World Bank cos they have a stake there. As for NATO, Eastward expansion will always cause problems for the West as long as there exists the Russian federation, the conflict would have being avert, but NATO has some hidden agenda. They think Eastward expansion will prevent WW 3 ,it will not, it will actually start it. What Ukraine should have done is to first negotiate a ceasefire, return to the Minsk agreement, seek national reconciliation and healing, take Russia to ICJ over the crimea peninsula. Suspend all plans to join NATO.
