Its the other way round, Russia and China want to stop the dominance of the US, US is at her weakest state. USA canceled the keystone project, Russia knew they would need oil and gas to run, USA have issues with iran, saudi and venuezuela. Russia felt well this is the time to strike which they did. The sanction is affecting the USA more than you can imagine, but the main stream media wont tell you that.
