I need a quick poll and advice

I am currently stuck between two job offers

1. current employer (5days in)
I have nice colleagues and the working environment is healthy. Though every one is a tad bit lazy.. my first and second line supervisors are great people to work with too and always willing to assist . However our processes as messed up not to mention old.

2. Prospective employer
Better processes and systems. New and more prospect of business. However the line supervisors seems mean and somewhat toxic from a distance. Despite enquires no better promise.

I need your advice people. What do you think as I have been battling the thought for days now and I have to decide today. I failed to mention No2 pays better 10% better.
