This is an old video. This has nothing to do with the Ukrainian war... This was long ago, and it's because of Putin's history, he was a KGB soy who is well known for using poison to kill people early in his career and these poisons can be administered through hand shake. Putin was a deadly KGB assassin.

So work leaders are careful with him

Biden didn’t know Putin offered him handshake and Biden later shake Putin.
