A video of ex Governor of Anambra State, Willie Obiano under EFCC custody has emerged and gone viral.

He was arrested alongside his wife at an international airport on his way out of the country immediately after handing over power to his successor, Charles Soludo in Awka.

Is it ethically right?
What is the purpose for the leak?
