Pelican Estate limited awarded as best Ogun realtor


The Chief Executive Officer of Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited, Dr Babatunde Adeyemo, on Sunday received an outstanding award from Dynamic Film Makers as the real estate of the year.

Presenting the award to the CEO of the Company, the group said the award is to motivate Pellican-Valley Nigeria Ltd to do more to the society, and to thank the company for impacting positively on the society.

"By awarding Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited with the real Estate of the year award, we hope that it can be motivated to continue to make progress in real estate business.

"It is to show appreciation to the company for the hard work they have put in, and the sacrifices they have made. This is one of the ways to separate the best from the good.

"As for Dr. Babatunde Adeyemo, we have seen his achievements in real estate sector, what happens today is to show to others about Pelican Valley achievements, and we intend to
motivate him to improve on what they are known for.

Speaking with Journalists after receiving the award, Dr Adeyemo said the award was one of the series of recognition that comes the way of Pelican Valley as a real estate company in the State.

He said the award did not come as a surprise as the company has also taken excellence and client satisfaction paramount in all its
dealings.

"The award came to us based on what we have done in terms of customers satisfaction, our goodwill, as the leading real estate sector in the State and many others. We will continue to hammer on that as we cannot afford to fail our clients.

This is a wonderful achievements and we really appreciate it. With this award, we have not gotten to the peak, but it's a challenge to do more, we will focus on our plans and projections and we are patiently working to achieving those goals and aspirations.

"We are ready to do more, like for example, what we have done in Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited, where unusual things happen, cannot be found in any other real estate company in Nigeria.

"Our landscape in Pelican Valley is incomparable in the entire Southwest and Nigeria in general. We are ready to go extra mile to getting our clients satisfied.
