So I'm going to be trying to get you guys up to speed on what to do/ways to get your development permit in lagos without the usual delays

The most important documents you will need are

1. Architectural drawing
2. Title document of the land
3. Tax clearance of 3yrs
4. Land use charge reciept
5. Soil test report ( if 3 floors and above or if on the island)
6. Survey
7. Structural drawing with calculation sheet and letter of supervision

After getting your survey and architectural drawing done...you take it to the laspppa office in the locality you want to build to vet the drawing.... the resident architect vets your drawing and make corrections....after all the corrections have been made then you can proceed to do your structural drawing

Recently it was mandated that for every application you also have to do lupar
