Since I work from home, however it has turned to serious billing from Police officers. I'm not a womaniser, still single pursuing that bag, but if I get a good woman here I can take her.

Yes I have enough money to buy a 20m car, it's not about taste but simple common sense. I don't need it, at least not at the moment, when am in the right environment where 20m benz is a normal ride then I'll buy it. If that car is attracting too much attention it means you are living in the wrong place to begin with and putting yourself in danger considering the security challenges in the country. If you are really a big boy and rich, relocate to places with 5m rent and this car will look like an ordinary taxi to everyone there.

Currently I charge 25$per hr, and I'm doing 3 contracts, as you can see I make 1000$ every week from the contract, if you look closely you will see a contract that has been running since nov19. That 1k every week, now the extra 3 contracts is also 1k a week, but you can only see 1 that I just started today which made it 4. I work anytime I like, I can do 40 hours in just 2 days, 20hrs per day etc. Now times 4k$ a week by 580. That's how much I just make in a week. Ask me to teach you a skill young man and stop this stupidity

Ok, I started a year ago to a very robust market; the market around where I stay is
very ripe & insatiable. We usually harvest 3-4months because of the small space we are currently on & sells everything within a month. So, recently I got a parcel of land we are expanding into in order to better serve the market here.

To be honest investment returns is guaranteed. My short term goal is to scale production to about 3,000 monthly.
Currently, I do about 1,500 which is like twice in 4months due to space, which is sold completely within 3-days after grow out. In essence roi is assured .I also plan to start smoking & probably try my hand on exporting (another ripe market) within the said timeframe.

Greatest risks & challenges?
To be candid, that's going to be lack of proper experiential knowledge of the business vis-a-vis understanding how fishes react, we can also throw in not having a good grasp of the market. All of this I have a good handle on.
Theft, might come in next here only that I am always around, even when I can finally move & get a security person for the night, measures are already thought out to mitigate & curb that end.

The truth remain that fish is very profitable if knowledge is placed ahead & the work is done.

I think its the right time i appeal for your email address or something in order to expound better.

Am not jealous of him, am only pointing out the obvious. See let me tell you something, that believe is very wrong. Don't go insulting people with old and wreck cars thinking they don't have anything. It's not like that in reality so be careful.

I know many big boys that drive cars less than 3m even 2m self as long as the AC is working they are fine . But they have lands worth 100s of millions. I even know this real estate guy, when we went to my friends birthday party I got to see the car he drives and that sank into me with cold chills because I know this guy is worth over 500m but driving Acura TL of 3m.

I personally prefer to invest in landed priorities as much as I can, it's the right thing to do at this stage.
