Only upgraded to 4g LTE

Since 2006 I have lost it more than three times

I got my mtn 2003, my Airtel in 2005, my Etisalat 2008 and my glo 2011.

I bought my mtn sim card in 2003 and still using it to date.

I've been using my MTN SIM since 2005 (17 years now. Done welcome back twice not because it was stolen but because it was too old and secondly I needed a micro SIM for my phone.

Got my first sim 2009,
Lost it and got another sim almost immediately same year.
That's 13years now.

My phone nmbr is probably older than some folks here, but my SIM card has been upgraded my times over. Econet was what I invested in, but name has changed so many times that I don’t follow again. I bought in when SIMs were being sold for N45k, you do the maths.

My vmobile line since 2005 now Airtel, done welcome back twice

Mine is 18 years ago both Airtel and MTN Sim cards. 18 years ago my Airtel line was econet the first telecom line in Nigeria before the arrival of mtn, glo others.

I have done Sim retrieval with my MTN like 10 times both Sim upgrade From gprs to LTE now

5 years but I've registered 3 before this one. I got my first sim 9 years ago.. and the funny thing Is that na airtel i dey register most just registered mtn once.

My first sim was a Glo number, bought it in 2004. I disposed it later on and bought a Vmobile sim (now Airtel) in 2005, that 17years and running. Reactivated 3times, the latest was in 2007.

Mine is 19 years old. Econet 2003.

2022 - 2004 = 18yrs

Upgraded to 4G sim last year

My sim card is 18 years old today. And I have never changed it. It's the same sim that I bought from ECONET in 2004 though all the inscriptions on it have now faded. Lol, I remember the very long line up in the sun for long hours on the day I went to buy it then
I don't throw things away as long as they still perform their original functions, though I can acquire additional ones to keep up with the times.
