Shoppers were left horrified after hearing that a woman had been sexually assaulted at a Miami Walmart.⁠
⁠
According to arrest documents, #BrendanHarvey, 28, attacked the woman from behind while she was shopping. He allegedly pulled her dress up while touching her backside.⁠

Police say that when the woman turned around, he pushed her to the ground and ripped off her panties while proceeding to touch below her waist.⁠
⁠
Two witnesses immediately came to her aid and removed Harvey from off of the woman.⁠

“I don’t even know what to say; I’m at a loss of words. Where is the protection? It’s a shame; it’s a shame there are kids that come here, there are families,” Kayla Carter said.⁠

Harvey was arrested on a Sunday by Miami-Dade officers.⁠

On Monday in bond court, a Judge revealed that Harvey was already on probation, and his bond was set at $50,000...
