Hey guys! Wink Am just thinking how this is done,

I came a across it in a fan page on Facebook!

But what baffle Sad me is the rate which the guy charge just for him to cartoon one pics "$5.99"

He show just one pics randomly in a week,

Hey guy Please help i too wanna be a master on my own,

Please i know this can be done on Corel draw,

I need a a site to download the tutorial or a site where i can download software to do this,

Man please help if u get a knowledge of this picture cartoon stuffs,

hello,making a cartoon of your picture is very simple like abc,infct i do make thousands of naira doing this for people,and all these big mans really appreciate it,there is a software specially design for it,but i cant diclosed on here, if u are intrested u can call me on 07035422377, good day
