Who will bribe him? He is a persona non grata as far as Delta state PDP is concerned. As a seating governor, he equally stepped down when jungle mature, not to talk of now that he has been out of power for over 7 years. He can't even stand Michael Diden (Ejele), which Okowa has been using to torment him. He has no political structure in Delta state The structure that brought him to power was his cousin (Ibori) structure; which has been divided between Ibori and Okowa.
