A Inventory Management SAAS start-up requires the services of a Head of Operations to help put our software in the face of targeted users.

To excel in this role, you should be a passionate orator, have charismatic leadership abilities as this will come in handy in managing a huge team, as well as being comfortable in hosting and training staff with virtual meeting platforms.

This is a full-time position but a hybrid working system.

Job's Responsibilities

1. Constant recruitment of a young field marketing team.

2. Virtual training of field marketers.

3. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

4. Managing field marketers in ensuring they meet their daily and weekly targets.


Job requirements

1. Experience managing a team.

2. Must be comfortable in drafting official documents in microsoft word or excel.

3. Experience in sales, marketing or related field.

4. Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

5. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

6. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
