He has been in the house of reps long before that as far back as 1999. He was with SAS in APP then before it became ANPP and later joined to form APC. Kachalla was the governor then but SAS was their overall leader. Nobody knew who shettima was until SAS imposed him as ANPP candidate in 2011.
