The national assembly is also culpable in this institutional failure that they referenced. How about impeaching the snail for gross incompetence abysmal poor performance?

Nigeria have no business with democracy not to talk of bicameral legislative

Bicameral legislation is a total waste of time, waste of resources with no tangible achievement since the time of democracy.

Racoon:

What about the President who appointed the service chiefs? Why can't he be accountable by firing any lackadaisical head in demanding accountability from them if he himself is accountable?

God bless u

So do they mean that they can't impeach buhari? Isn't that the constitutional provisions for incompetence and negligence?

This is just as a lawmaker called for the resignation or sacking of the National Security Adviser, Maj.-Gen. Babagana Monguno, saying he should have been sacked along with the last set of service chiefs.

What of their C-in-C? He shouldn't resign?

Very funny county. Buhari is the most incompetent president ever in Nigerian democracy but he is enjoining immunity because the North has the highest numbers of law makers both in the higher and lower Chambers. The Hunger trending in the Northern Nigeria now is second to none but they wouldn't mind voting Buhari if you bring him again because of deadly religious believe. North is already metamorphosing into doom because of what they created out of hatred for other region. Have you ever imagined the level of development Nigeria could have attained if the North is not part of her? Situation is already making all of us to open our eyes.
I swear you head is very very correct, na your papa burn you
