Please Help Interpret A Clause In Tenancy Agreement by CAUSTIC002: 10:57am On Apr 01, 2022
Good day all, I paid for my present apartment a year & 3 months ago(paid 1 year rent), the rent was due Dec. 28, 2021 and I renewed by paying 10 months upfront, the thing now is my Landlord is sending me all sorts of messages for the balance of 2 months, Saying I should honor our tenancy agreement, and he wouldn't message me again but take actions, I would have paid but have some financial troubles now. The only part I saw something about payment states : 'to pay rent reserved'. Does that mean I must pay a for a whole year?
