I can tell you that the cause of those toyota car leg shifting to one side isn't caused by ball joint, it's caused by unloose thyroid, it has happened to me and that's because my mechanic didn't tighten the thyroid properly...

Pls get the Civic
You will have rest of mind, Corolla nowadays shorten oil and that kills engine faster, but you see Honda engine, even if it shorts oil to the low level, you can still use same engine for many months before you change the engine.

The only disadvantage I see in Honda to all Toyota product is coding, Honda can easily enter code if you are not careful like leaving the keys at the ignition mouth and removing the battery contact, that will make the car enter code and you will need programmer to re program it before it can start.

Other things, Honda is far better, Honda has finer interior.

For your own peace of mind when it comes to parts theft or outright car theft, better go for the honda civic and leave Toyota alone.

all vehicles are "prone to leg issues" for Nigeria road. You just have to learn to navigate the roads for longevity. No car manufacturer produce a car with Nigeria road in mind.

ppl have come here to say all sort of nonsense.I will post the pic of gwagon that the tire pull.it’s a an issue with ball joint I have used Honda for 8yrs now e never pull.if u don’t have the energy to maintain a car don’t buy.tire pulling is not exclusive to Honda alone.if your ball joint is bad ur tire will pull.

Go for the Civic jejely... It has same or even better economy than the Corolla.. And its maintenance is also more pocket friendly than the Corolla.. It also doesn't have the leg pulling issues that plague earlier Hondas, because it has a totally different suspension system from those other Hondas..

And best of all, it's not a thief magnet like the Corolla
