Unlike other biblical books, the book of psalms were written to sing and to pray directly to God.
The book of psalms can be regarded as a hymn and prayer book. Although the Psalms were composed to be sung, they can be used as prayers as well.

Most of the Psalms were composed by David and he composed most of them in times of trials, troubles, persecutions, confusion celebration, victory, deliverance, etc

What makes this book so special is that the same type of intervention David received from God can be our experience when we pray and read the Psalms to God

The psalms can be used to as the sword of the Spirit because God will always perform His WORD to confront and stop the enemy.

The Psalms are very effective and powerful in handling very difficult situations and stubborn enemies.

The Psalms also releases God's favour, blessings and miracles


Some people use Psalms with candles and other materials but I have full confidence in the superiority and authority of God's Word. God has magnified His WORD above His name. His Word will surely come to pass when we pray it back to Him.
