The US went through the UN...US relied on UN Security Council Resolutions 678 & 687...and in Resolution 1441 all 15 members of the Security council voted to agree to give Iraq a final opportunity to comply with her obligation to disarm or face serious consequences. The Resolution asked Iraq to allow UN Monitoring and Verification Commission and the International atomic Energy Agency access to get into the Iraq and verify their compliance and Iraq refused.

Did Russia border to go to the UN when they invaded Tatarstan in 1994? what about Chechen in 2000? What about Crimea in 2014?.....and now Ukraine in 2022?

The US did not go to Syria because chemical weapons were used, they were already in Syria since 2011, in the name of fighting ISIS, but systematically aiding the so called moderate rebels. The chemical issues were a pretext raised in 2014. The Iraq war has no legality, unlike your lies, Iraq allowed IAEA inspectors in and they reported there were no WMDs, the US ordered them out of Iraq before invading. Lastly NATO is the same thing as the US. It is the senior partner and the major decision maker. All others are just subordinates, and the goal was clearly regime change.
You simply agreed from your submissions that the US is always interfering in sovereign affairs, but that they seem to have a convenient reason to do so. To your last question, no country should police the other. That was what the UN was created for after ww2, it lost its essence because the US continually undermined it to pursue its foreign policy with no consequence. The US simply lord over others using carrots/sticks.
