GT Bank reportedly locked in side for complaining about SMS Charges Fraud!!!??? by Mirrotv(m): 10:38am On Apr 05, 2022
Large numbers of angry customers stormed GTB ilorin branch to complain about the uncontrollable deduction of SMS CHARGES FEE dated far back as 2020,
in the early hours of APRIL 2nd 2022, GT Bank gave a shocking deduction of funds from customers account with the inscription SMS CHARGES FEE, deduction varies with backlog of dates, as for me , I was charged over #10k while some others were charged more , this and charges were dated far back as Jan 2020, till this year,

My question is, IS THIS DEDUCTION JUSTIFIABLE??

This is Nigeria... If they had not been deducting sms charges since 2020, how is that the customers fault?
