Way to go, so many of these scavenger settlements here in Lagos; these guys (living there) are responsible for removing any loose iron or metal that is unsecured......recently, they removed the iron grate placed over my sister's house drainage, and when the husband returned from work the next day (early) he assumed the grate was there and drove into the drainage.
