ceasyc: pls can any1 give me names of good contraceptive pills Try using duofem itz nt expensive nd itz body friendly also helps reduce menstrual pain but it shud be taken for nine months non-stop,relax ur body for 3 mnths den strt again. |

Either postinor-1 or postinor-2,use 0.75mg after unprotected intercourse then another 0.75mg 12hrs later.buh there's high risk of ectopic pregnancy and menstrual irregularity.so use barrier method until u Ūя̲̅ next menses. 1 Like |

Most post here are not correct. Most of us just post instead of of us to rean and learn. Anyway this is what I no abt postinor 2: It is a contraceptive wrongly used by ladies. It is not supposed to be used regularly. Postinor 2 is an emergency contraceptive used when there is an unprotected sex withing 72 hrs(three days). it's efficacy reduces after each day. It does not abort pregnancy after day 3. Side effects are: ladies who uses it as regular use sometimes have fertility problems. It can cause nosea and vomiting. I have seen ladies who are having fertility problems bcs they used pnor 2. My personal advise are: ladies should learn abt fertility and family planning. If u no when u ovulate, u will not allow any man pour sperm inside u.ur Ovulation starts 14th or 15th day from d day u starts menstrating. It last 3-5 days. But mind u, 5 days b4 u ovulate is most fertile in ur cycle. Use postinor 10 for regular contraceptive instead of 2. Call me if u want clarification. Cycle bead can also help u to prvt pregnancy. 2 Likes |

Iv actually taken postinor2 b4 nd it worked,no side effects though but I had a chat wit a female doctor nd she sed d@ too much postinor causes d womb 2 expand wch means mis-carriage when during pregnancy coz the womb @ d@ tym is 2 light 4 d baby. Why would you go to a native doctor for medical counsel?!  |

In addition to romero's advice. Pls ladies stay out of these drugs completely. If u must hv sex pls let ur bf or hub know when u aint safe so that he'll "pour off". Drugs aint good at all. Imagine something that disturbs a legit process must definately "spoil" something. Especially the unmarried ladies. Least when some of you get married and start "looking for". Say NO to all those drugs. Pleeeaaase! 1 Like |

luscioustrish: @okija-juju A female Native doctor going by her idea of the effects of Postinor 2 on the womb. Does she realize that this drug is FDA approved?! It has no such effects, not even during the clinical trial of the drug. |

I usually take jst one tablet after sex and it works 4 •̸Ϟ ̷̷̴̐͠€ Ooº°˚ ˚°ºoo, bt I wuld advice not τ̅☺ take more than 4 tabs in A̷̷̴̐͠ month, cos it will alter U̶̲̥̅̊я menstral flow. I can't take the 2 tabs as prescribed cos it make •̸Ϟ ̷̷̴̐͠€ Ooº°˚ ˚°ºoo weak, so I take one tab, and it still works. |

@poster..to be honest with you, It sometimes isn't effective, no matter how hard u try. I had a bitter experience tho'. Had unprotected sex with my boyfriend, took Postinor 2 and relaxed, thinking all was well, 1 month after, i'm still waiting for my August visitor, damn!!! no sign and all even after 1 month and 1 week, meanwhile i was beginning to have all the symptoms of a pregnant lady. But i still didn't give up all cos i was banking on the Postinor 2 *SMH* Alas my boyfriend got worried and we did a pregnancy test...now what do u think the result was? #Gofigure  |

when i was single i always used postinor 2 to avert pregnancy, when i got married i had some fertility issues n developed high hormonal inbalance(excessive breatmilk from my breasts n hairs on my face n chest)although it has not been proven dat postinor 2 is responsible i always advise single girls to never have unprotected sex or total abstinsence. |

postinor2's effectivness varries from individuals, my big cousin is a Dad today because of the trust he had on Postinor 2. The thing dint work and he have to marry the girl after it was obvious that she was loaded. 1 Like 1 Share |

If postinor2 Iڪ properly taken it shuld work effectively except its fake. Bt I must warn dat there ar A̷̷̴̐͠ lot of fake normal postinor in naija now, so I wuld advice U̶̲̥̅̊ stick τ̅☺ postinor2 its far better. |

Kai, some Boyz sha, patience of two or three days, dem no fit get!  I may be wrong but l think it is very unhygienic, to splash and squash the "bloodied" menstrual flow back and forth inside, by having sex during a menstrual period, especially within 24hrs of starting! What do other women think? What does other men think? Lastpage! For clarification, the unhygienic part may involve the blood being forced back into womb and some blood entering the "maleness" through the "exit" hole. Could that not cause and infection somehow? USB: I had no effects after taking Postinor-2. My menustral cycle didn't change, I didn't even bleed. I did feel a small discharge but saw nothing in my panties. Does that mean the drug did not work on me? And I did take it according to how it had been instructed, and I within the 24hours after unprotected sex. I am very worried, what does it mean? I remember using this drug 3 years ago, and still got pregnant!! Stupid drug!! Used it 2yrs ago again and till today my menstrual cycle has a mind of its own! My two cents, Abstainence or use a condom. We have female condoms now sef, if you really must have sex! |
