Our client, a Digital Marketing Agency is in need of Business Development Officer. We are looking for a Business Development Officer who will help command sales, drive sustainable financial growth and expand our clientele.

JOB TITLE: ADMIN/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
EXPERIENCE: 1 YEAR
EDUCATION: HND/BSC
LOCATION: LAGOS

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Maintain current client relationship and identify areas of potential clients
• Contacting potential partners to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Develop new sales area and improving sales through various methods
• Collaborate with sales team to ensure requirement is met such as sales number and profit goals
• Build long term relationships with new and existing customers
• Promote the company’s services
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Manage special projects such as market research and industry benchmarking.
• Take up other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATION:
• Applicants must have a good University degree in any relevant field of study. Candidate must have completed NYSC
• Proven experience as Business Development Officer
• Candidate must be agile, proactive, personal and result oriented
• Market knowledge
• Customer service orientation
• Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
