Nigeria’s largest lender by market valuation, Zenith Bank Plc will pay a final dividend of N2.80K per share to investors amounting to a gross dividend totalling N87, 910,182,604.00 for the year ended December 31, 2021. Zenith Bank shareholders also approved the re-election of Mr. Jim Ovia who has attained the age of 70 since the last AGM as a Non-Executive Director.
