3.) The major residential areas are the main Epe town, Temu, Iraye.

4.) Most developers advertise land practically in Ijebu Ode as Epe but the closer you are to Epe main town the better your investment. If you can help it do not go too far. Always confirm the actual location of the land through inspection or google maps.
