Chinmark problems became obvious in January this year and he pleaded that his partners should be patient till March. March came and passed but the partners were not paid.

Npower workers are being owned Jan- March salaries. Is it a coincidence or the minister in charge of npower invested the funds in Chinmark which is a ponzi scheme?
