Away from visit of foreigners, just yesterday, Asari Dokubo started bombarding Peter Obi with barrage of criticism trying to discredit his achievements as Anambra governor and all.

Whilst it’s possible that Asari Dokubo could have simply been making his comments strictly based on his own beliefs and convictions and direction he wants to see Nigeria go (which he obviously has the right to), we all know the character that is Asari Dokubo.

For a long time he has made anti-Igbo activities his calling. From launching the laughable Biafran Peoples’ Government (or whatever he called it) to going outright ballistic on Nnamdi Kanu.

Now, Asari Dokubo has taken it upon himself to start attacking the best of Igbo presidential aspirants. Or why is he not picking on Orji Uzor Kalu or Rochas Okorocha? Or does he mean to tell Nigerians that Rochas and OUK performed better than Peter Obi?

So, attacking Peter Obi and endorsing Tinubu simply betrays the obvious fact that Asari Dokubo is on an errand for Ahmed Tinubu.

The question now is, for how much? Dokubo was one of the greatest beneficiaries of the Goodluck Jonathan administration which had its greatest support base amongst the Igbos for which reason we have suffered grievously from the govt in power. But to pay back this kind gesture, Asari Dokubo feels he would collect money and sabotage Igbo interest.

But I trust my people. We will give him the usual treatment which is to ignore.
