I have noticed that GTB account officers block their clients from having access to them through phone calls. Trust me, this is not hasty generalisation. While I have experienced this with two different account officers, my wife also is facing the same problem.. The account officers numbers are either on DND always or it's never going through. A colleague just told me her experience likewise. What sort of unprofessional act is this? Have you experienced this? 1 Like 1 Share |

It's looking like a policy of GTB. Very strange and disappointing. |
