The Portuguese footballer was caught on camera in an angry outburst when making his way down the tunnel, before allegedly lashing out at an Everton supporter following the shock shocking defeat on Saturday afternoon.

A video posted onto Twitter shows Ronaldo said to smash a supporters’ outstretched phone into the ground with Ronaldo holding a shin pad in his left hand, with the sock on his left leg down and the other looking untouched, then he lashes out with his right hand clenched into a fist.

The accompanying tweet reads “Ronaldo smashing someone’s phone at full time”. Manchester United have been contacted for comment and they are said to be looking into it.
