Yes they have been more audacious since this administration but I think the problem here is the regime of PMB that have been incompetent in so many areas including getting a grazing route for this herders. While the Savanna grassland and the Chad basin in the north is drying up as a result of global warming, federal government should have been more proactive to have a grazing route and plan that will not violate the right of the farmers to farm in their land and at the same time make grazing land available to the herders
