I have been thinking about the best way to bootstrap the transitioning of web2 developers to web3. The pathways that appear to me are; 1) Target mid/senior-level developers and provide them will resource and contact hours that allow them to gain web3 knowledge. This model will function to train the trainer. This category of developers will have a shorter learning curve making the process easier. 2) Target beginners/junior level devs. This will require more time commitment and resources. The learning approach will be hands-on coding. Building and learning and making mistakes. Feedback from the community will be great. |
