Referral commission is base on your downline trade. You earn 3% of any product amount your referrals trade on.

For exchange rate. I don't know cos I use cryo-to for deposit and withdrawals.

You can trade as many times as you wish per product and remember is a daily business, so you be trading daily on the koso trade page to gain more profit.
