These pictures are disturbing. These are field artillery pieces which were almost certainly captured from the Nigerian army. Great that they have been recaptured. However,how many more are still in boko haram hands?
Some of these have ranges of over 10km and can actually shell Maiduguri or similar towns in the northeast from far out of town.
They must all be traced and recovered or destroyed!
