Perhaps Osinbajo would have appealed to so many people who now see this maladministration for what it is.

Perhaps the killings would have stopped the killers may get frightened about the big move and more lives would have been saved.

Perhaps he would be exonerated from the blood stains smearing the hands of every member of this failed government

Perhaps some people would have credited him with some guts, not this sissy and yes yes servant attitude that now paints him as a commissioner material.

Perhaps people would have seen him as firm, not a man greedy enough to be dining with killers and murderers on the same table while claiming he will be different.

This presidential aspirant is the worst, he has been in the presidency for 7 years, and they were fruitless years marked with multiple failures.

Look, that perspective is a very hypocritical one. If he resigned he would have simply being replaced and nothing will change...it won't even take you more than 2 weeks to forget that he even was VP of Nigeria at a time, and whenever he would have staged a comeback to contest to be President, same people with your view will question him on why he was even part of the government in the first place. Honestly, without Osibanjo being VP today, he would have no political bargaining power to jostle to be President. Look at how Amaechi, Malami, Ngige, and other political appointees of the present govt are fighting tooth and nail not to resign long before the 2023 contest, because once you are out of the system, you lose relevance. The Zamfara deputy governor who was impeached for refusing to pitch with APC or the Kogi deputy governor who was impeached and replaced at some point, do you think they have any political relevance in their states again today. In summary, the Nigerian rot is in every sector and system in the country and no one is resigning accross the nation...how many persons have resigned their jobs accross Nigeria to protest the rot? If nobody has, Osibanjo is right not to have resigned.
