Our client seeks to hire a Transformation Officer to coordinate and serve as primary point of contact for a range of transformational projects across the firm. He / She will support work streams of project teams, following up on numerous daily actions and initiatives that underlie a typical project and ensuring projects are properly planned, managed, documented and delivered effectively. They will be an ambassador for the principles and behaviors the transformation agenda is seeking to achieve.

Job Title: Transformation Officer
Qualification: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience: 5years+ Post NYSC work experience with relevant experience in project management and in coordinating multiple projects

Location: Lagos

Job responsibilities
• Monitor and support work streams to ensure overall objectives are achieved on time
• Maintain working knowledge of current trends and best practices applicable to the different pillars of the transformation agenda
• Carry out research and analysis to inform work streams where necessary
• Monitor diverse work streams to ensure alignment with transformation goals and integration across all projects and initiatives
• Create and write reports and presentations to inform on project work streams
• Develop and track transformation budget
• Create solutions to cross-cutting projects
• Develop and monitor a framework to measure transformation performance
• Document activities across all work areas and archive all transformation related work documents
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification and Skills Requirement:
o Bachelor’s degree required
o PMP certification would be ideal
o 5years+ Post NYSC work experience
o Experience in project management and in coordinating multiple projects
o Strong analytical and research skills
o Strong time management skills
o Ability to build excellent working relationships at all levels
o Ability to problem solve and think critically
o Strong organizational skill
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Confident and assertive
o Must be detail-oriented
o Must be flexible and adaptable to change
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
