Do you think if the United States does not have interests in Nigeria, they will sell arms. The United States sells arms to countries to achieve their national security objectives, in fact it will surprise you to know that there is a covert operation to cause conflict in order to benefit the US military industrial complex. The same United States you are talking about won't allow other countries to patronize those countries you mentioned by threatening sanctions.
