If one is used to giving handshakes to individuals beside you after a speech in the past and it is something one has done multiple times in the past, the brain will involuntary program your mind to try do the same thing on another occasion even if no one is there but conscious self awareness tell you the condition is not the same as in the past. It becomes a problem if this happen again and again.
