Campaign posters of former President Goodluck Jonathan have flooded some part of Abuja ahead of the 2023 general elections.

According to the information on the posters, which have the inscription, “Goodluck Jonathan must run” , discloses that there are still permutations to return Goodluck Jonathan to Aso Rock.

The posters were found in AYA , Asokoro and Finance bridge, around Federal Secretariat.
Although Jonathan is yet to declare his intentions, there are signs that he is interested in the race.

There are reports that the former president who has been very frequent at the seat of power, hobnobbing with his successor is being considered by a section of the presidency and some governors of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the presidential ticket of the party come 2023.

It would be recalled that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) last year had alleged that the APC was wooing Jonathan but the APC denied, saying he was free to contest on its platform.

Jonathan has been absent from key PDP functions of late. He did not attend the party’s convention, which held last year.
