Where is giggsy he is the most decorated footballer in the EPL era, its crazy he is not there.
Or maybe because of his assault scandal cause he ought to be the first name here.

3x premier league title, 100 epl goals, 250 epl appearance or epl player of the year or a golden boot winner

Those things are not sth an average player can achieve... That's why most players on the nominees list are players that were outstanding during their times. I still can't fathom why John Terry & Ryan Giggs were not selected (or voted)
