Popular Nollywood actress, Mercy Johnson has finally revealed to inquisitive Nigerians why she didn’t attend Rita Dominic’s traditional marriage.

Recall Rita Dominic and Fidelis Anosike got married traditionally on Tuesday 19th April.

The ceremony which was held at her hometown in Imo state was honored by A-list actresses and actors.

However, a host of other highly-rated actresses like Mercy Johnson, Genevieve Nnaji, Funke Akindele amongst others were absent at Rita’s wedding.

Their absence ofcourse generated speculations among netizens.

Mercy Johnson has now taken to her Instagram page to share a post where she congratulated her colleague on her wedding, while also explaining how movie shoot took her away.
