IPOb in Rivers were only at Oyigbo which is the outskirt of Rivers state.
The core Rivers indigenes in Ikwere, ObioAkpor, Ogoni, Eleme, Opobo etc wouldn't even allow Ipob in their midst.

Eliminating IPob in Oyigbo is too easy..
