I'm piqued at the fact that the sum of 100M for
purchase of Presidential form in APC could be analysed in relation to the annual emolument of the President. Your analysis is very simplistic, not all encompassing and faulty in insofar as it fails to capture the billions of naira that will be expended in criss-crossing the 36 states for campaign. The sum that will be expended on the D day of the election in inducing INEC staff, INEC ad hoc workers, and the electorates.

If you are counting the cost, I think you should be very holistic and not just narrow it to the sum for the form.
