Share the money to Nigerians and let the INEC Commissioners vote among themselves for President and NASS and Governors. By so doing all the hundreds of souls that would be lost will still be alive. ALTERNATIVELY Or else make it 100% digital voting. Let all the political parties nominate 5 TECH Experts to be their eyes at the INEC Central Electionic Center during the 2 days that Online Voting be taking place. By so doing everyone will be going about their normal businesses while election will be going on. And you can check results per second per second.
