Jesus Christ wasn't materially rich yet He was able to impact the lives of thousands in His time.

If your intent is to acquire material riches in order to avoid suffering then I am afraid Christianity is a wrong choice this since Jesus Christ guarantees all His followers suffering and tribulations in this world.

You are better off staying out there in the world where you can acquire and enjoy the riches of the world to your hearts content.

To become worthy of Jesus Christ, one is required to abandoned all his wealth, family, career,reputation, etc., and only those who do can benefit from God's promise in Jesus Christ.

So,the question I asked is an important one every question will need to answer in order to deciding if Christianity is even worth it or not for their case.

God never planned it to happen this way!

Each man supposed to have his own family with his own garden like Paradise but because Adam and Eve chose to rebel against that idea everything turned upside down and it now turn to the survival of the heartless!

But when God's Kingdom comes everything will return back to the way God purposed it in the beginning {Psalms 37:7-11, 29} where each man will live comfortably with his wife and children! Isaiah 65:21-25

So until then we (Christians) must live as if we are no part of this system {John 17:14-16} we can't use this Satan's arrangement to the full if we want to be citizens in God's Kingdom {1Corinthians 7:31} as we keep praying and looking forward to the kingdom promised by Christ Jesus {Matthew 6:10} until then i will to see you in Paradise! Luke 23:43
