If you want to get a first class and you are not too smart enough, go to a polytechnic first atleast for two years, and study the same course or a related one.

Then apply for direct entry into the same course at a federal University.

You will have gotten enough time to assimilate your courses by the time you enter the University.

If you no come out with first class, your 2-1 go sharp like razor.

Most Direct entry students, especially the ones that graduated with upper credit and distinction at Federal polis tend to perform better than the ones they meet there, even in tough unis like OAU, unilorin etc
