While his company is richer than them, these other two companies (Meta and Alphabet) are not doing bad on their own. They're both worth more than $500bn each. So he won't even dream of buying them.

You're right about Musk not liking Zuckerberg, though.

It's either he acquires twitter (which he has), or Mark eventually will.

Why I actually don’t think this is a good idea is because Elon Musk will definitely want to monetize Twitter to get start getting profits Asap, which will lead to certain changes..

Let’s watch and see

He doesn't need to do anything. He now owns arguably the largest social media platform on the planet. A thing he can easily use as leverage for his other businesses/interests. This move will effective make him a "synthetic monopoly".

In corporate business world, what Elon did with Twitter is called hostile take over. It's nothing new and it's not unethical.

Hostile takeovers is always possible in shity and underperforming companies. Twitter over the last few years have been loosing value massively and will continue to do so over the next year due to its political issues.

Twitter's shares were actually dropping. Musk buying it was a way to provide an exit dir shareholders who were already loosing money
